Philippe is currently working on Workforce Housing projects for nonprofit organizations in Florida such as the Bright Community Trust in the field of new development, and in acquisitions with Klein and Heuchan. He serves on several community and non-profit boards.

He then decides in 2013 to create the "Business Education American Urban Institute", a non-profit organization offering a cultural, educational and professional exchange program for French students in the Tampa Bay area in Florida, the region where he had settled a few decades earlier.
